Cysts and Abscesses
- Cysts are benign growths under the skin that can result from a clogged pore or trapped hair follicle. They typically grow very slowly in size and are completely harmless.
- Most cysts do not require treatment. Sometimes they can get inflamed or infected, requiring treatment.
