As fellowship-trained dermatologic surgeons we understand the importance of practicing precise and evidence-based medicine, thoughtfully applying core concepts of science to each procedure and decision we make to treat our patients.
From an esthetic standpoint, it is our belief that beauty is unique and can be expressed in different ways. About Dr. Andreas Boker
Dr. Boker is a Board-certified dermatologist with specialized fellowship training in surgical, procedural and cosmetic dermatology. He has been in private practice in New York City for over 10 years and served as an Associate Professor teaching at the Ronald O. Perleman Department of Dermatology at NYU Langone Medical Center until 2022.
He has been recognized as a “Top Doctor in the New York Metro Area” by Castle Connolly for the last 5 years in a row and was named as one of New York Magazine’s Top Doctors in 2021.
He completed his general surgery internship at Tufts New England Medical Center, followed by a fellowship at the Department of Dermatology at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital. During his time at Harvard, he spearheaded research studies investigating groundbreaking dermatologic treatments and devices, including innovative biologic drugs for psoriasis.
He then completed his dermatology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern, one of the most rigorous and renowned dermatology residency programs in the country. There he was elected chief resident and was honored to receive the Phil Eichorn award in recognition of his outstanding academic performance and commitment to patient care.
Following his residency, Dr. Boker went on to complete his fellowship training in Procedural Dermatology and Mohs Surgery at the Department of Dermatology of the University of California San Francisco.
He has extensive experience in the treatment of skin cancers. Using Mohs micrographic surgery, a highly specialized, minimally invasive procedure, he is skilled in removing skin cancers from critical anatomical sites which he then reconstructs with advanced plastic surgery techniques.
He also has vast expertise in the field of cosmetic dermatology. He conducted many of the key clinical trials that led to FDA-approval of a variety of injectables including Botox, Restylane and Sculptra.
He has published widely in both the medical and cosmetic dermatology literature, authoring multiple peer-reviewed articles and textbook chapters on topics in both areas of dermatology.
About Dr. Brent Wainwright
Dr. Brent Wainwright completed an internship in internal medicine at Norwalk Hospital, an affiliate of Yale University School of Medicine. He subsequently completed a research fellowship in Immunodermatology at New York University Langone Medical Center. As recipient of a prestigious National Research Service Award from the National Institutes of Health, he worked to develop improved diagnostic methods to monitor malignant melanoma. His research was followed by a residency in dermatology at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine where he served as Chief-Resident.
He is a former attending physician at the NYU Langone Medical Center as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor at NYU School of Medicine. He is a recipient of the Fred Wise, MD Award by the New York Academy of Medicine, and, a two-time recipient of the teaching attending of the year award recognizing his dedication to junior doctors at NYU.
Dr. Wainwright is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and, a Fellow of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. His original papers have been printed in several scientific journals including Archives of Dermatology, the Journal of Investigative Dermatology, and the New England Journal of Medicine. Prior to joining New Preston Dermatology, Dr. Wainwright worked in private practice in Westchester and New York City. He’s served several corporate clients including Revlon, Cosmopolitan Magazine, Proctor & Gamble, and Major League Baseball. Dr. Wainwright practices medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology including Botox and fillers.

About Barbara Tilley
Barbara is a licensed Aesthetician with specialized training in areas of anti-aging, skin disorders such as rosacea and acne, and body hair removal.
With over eight years of experience, Barbara also holds special certifications in intimate hair removal, full body sugaring, microcurrent, dermaplaning, and brow and lash enhancement.
Her work has been recognized locally in Litchfield Magazine’s annual Reader’s Choice Awards for 3 years running, in categories including Best Spa, Best Facial, Best Brows, and Best Lashes.
Barbara believes that beautiful skin is healthy skin and best achieved through a partnership with knowledgeable skincare professionals and a simple, consistent at-home regimen.
A long time resident of Litchfield County, Barbara resides locally with her husband, Mark, their two boys, and Coonhound, Moe.
Although skin is her thing, Barbara also focuses strongly on nutrition, physical fitness, and the importance of seeking balance in all things.
